The objective of these sessions was to reach out to the members of the business community to better understand any issues faced in the use of PIN.

The engagement sessions were well attended by representatives from various trade associations as well as the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, IT, general retail, travel & tours, hospitality (hotels) industries. Also present were representatives from five acquirers namely, AmBank, CIMB Bank, Global Payments, Maybank and Public Bank.
