Reference is made to a comment titled “More bank charges” made by ‘V. Gunaseelan, Klang’ which was published in the SMS Your Views section of The Star dated 11 April 2018. We kindly request ‘V. Gunaseelan’ to get in touch with The Association of Banks in Malaysia (ABM) with the following information in relation to the said incident to enable us to investigate the matter:-

The date of incident;

The name and location of the bank branch;

The extent of the printing of the savings account statements, i.e. the period(s) of the bank statements requested to be printed (which month(s) and year); and

Any other pertinent details (e.g. copy of the payment receipt, etc.).
