Connections open doors, but communities create opportunities.

ABM was honoured to participate in the International Women in Finance Forum 2026, where Dr Amina Josetta Kayani, Executive Director of ABM, joined fellow leaders in a plenary discussion on the evolving role of women in finance amid geopolitical, economic and technological change.

The conversation explored how women leaders can move beyond transactional networking to build meaningful relationships grounded in trust, reciprocity and shared purpose. Discussions also examined the role of women’s leadership in advancing financial inclusion, expanding opportunities for entrepreneurs and communities, and supporting broader economic development.

The session also highlighted the importance of strong professional networks, inclusive leadership and cross-border collaboration in building a resilient and future-ready financial sector.
