On 29 August 2024, The Association of Banks In Malaysia (ABM) paid a courtesy visit to Singapore, visiting our counterparts at the ASEAN Bankers Association (ABA), The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), the Singapore Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA) (SSFA) and the Singapore College Of Insurance (SCI).

The objective of the visit was to further strengthen ABM’s working relationship with these organisations. Dr Amina Josetta Kayani, as the new Executive Director for ABM, was introduced to our counterparts in Singapore and discussions were held on how ABM could collaborate further with them.

The engagement session provided ABM with plenty of insights on the operations and organisational structure of these organisations.

ABM looks forward to building potential collaborations with ABA, ABS, SSFA and SCI in the near future.
