I had an unpleasant experience with UOB, it wasn't transparent, it didn't respond, and the settlement process was very long-winded... it was transferred from UOB BSD Branch, to Wahid Hasyim, then to UOB Plaza. ask... does UOB not have SOP?? what is the service like..hopefully there will be a positive response from UOB decision makers..thank you
