At Maybank, we are proud to introduce Maybank #EzyQ, our latest effort to make banking more convenient and safe for our customers in the current environment, while inspiring a new norm. An online appointment management system available on Maybank2u, Maybank #EzyQ allows you to schedule an appointment online before heading over to your preferred branch or Premier Wealth centre for your banking services, so you can skip the queue, avoid the crowd and prioritise your safety. Maybank’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Community Financial Services, Dato’ John Chong said, “With the pandemic, we’ve had to change the way our branches operate, and been working on a solution that enable us to prioritise our customers’ safety and provide the level of service they expect of us. This has led to the introduction of Maybank EzyQ, which we hope will bring better experience and convenience for our customers.” Currently available for about 90 branches, we are progressively implementing Maybank EzyQ for all our branches nationwide.
