In a new Japanese-language book, ‘Unlocking the Full Potential of Japanese Corporates’, co-authored by McKinsey Senior Partners Naoyuki Iwatani and Michele Raviscioni, the two explore Japan’s rich corporate history and propose a way forward for Japanese corporates to unlock global scale.
