CIMB Harapan Ramadan 2024 ended on a high note! We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to over 650 CIMB volunteers from headquarters and all participating CIMB branches for their endless support in making this initiative a success. CIMB Islamic & CIMB Foundation contributed RM1.8 million towards the initiative to extend our assistance to over 100 distribution locations across nationwide. Bringing the 'balik kampung' spirit to life, nearly 5000 employees gathered for an unforgettable #JomRayaBersama at the CIMB EPICC Raya Open House! The venue was transformed into a cultural mosaic of experiences as divisions hosted guests in their individually decorated "rumah kampung", complete with unique activities that brought people together. Protecting our customers are our priority. We wish to remind our customers to always be alert against scammers, especially when receiving phone calls from purported bank officers.   Remember, we will never ask you for sensitive information such as: • Credit/ debit card number and CVV number; • Online banking username and password; or • SMS OTP/ TAC numbers   If you need help or suspect you’ve been scammed, call the number at the back of your CIMB Card for assistance.

Is it really the authorities or a scammer? Watch out for scammers pretending to be from the National Scam Response Center (NSRC). If you feel scared, just hang up! It’s most likely a scam call. If you’ve been scammed, immediately call number at the back of your CIMB Card or the National Scam Response Centre at 997 (8am-8pm daily) and make a police report. #JanganKenaScam
