We are extremely honoured to have received the "Best Digital Account Opening/Onboarding Initiative" award for AmAccess Biz, which we launched to seamlessly onboard new-to-bank MSME customers to online banking without the need for a branch visit. We also won the "Best Productivity, Efficiency, and Automation Initiative" award for our Robotics Process Automation initiative, which has significantly reduced redundancies in Retail Banking from repetitive tasks and improved overall efficiency. We would like to express our gratitude to all of our customers and partners for making this possible.
