touch-tone telephone. To activate this service, you
will require an access ID and Telephone PIN (T-PIN)
from your bank, which must be keyed-in each time you
access this service. A computerised voice prompt system
or a highly trained group of customer service officers
will guide you in performing your banking transactions
or respond to your inquiries.
