Standardisation of Key Housing Loan Provisions

Our member banks will, with effect from 1 January 2013, adopt a standardised template for the description of key terms and conditions in respect of certain housing loan or home financing agreements.

Update

In line with the issuance of the Reference Rate Framework by Bank Negara Malaysia on 12 December 2014, we have updated the template on the Standardised Key Provisions for Housing Loan/Home Financing Agreements of RM500,000 and below for better consistency.
